Poor customer service and product
Don't waste your time and move to a different pickle company. Mt Olive is awesome
No response so I will be moving on to Mt Olive. I've been a vlasic lover for 15+ years but not any longer.

Ripped, pierced and not firm with a crunch. Seems there was some with torn off pieces and a few scratch like pierces that ruined the quality of the pickles making them very soggy and full of liquid that isn't like the pickle quality known to plastic.

Pop this jar of pickles open and put my whole fist in it and room to wiggle my fingers left over. The jar wasn't even 2/3 full. How can plastic companies be trusted and have been around so long screw their customers over in such an obvious way?

Hi Vlasic! I grew up always with a jar of your pickles in my fridge, just in case we ever made a sandwich or needed a snack, so I might be a bit biased with the nostalgia.
Ive been vegan for almost 4 years now, and I just turned 21 but Im allergic to alcohol now, so I dont get to go out with friends much. However when I do, its usually good food and conversation. I can finally pick out a snack from the gas station with my friends that isnt just nuts (pun intended). The cashiers at 711 probably think Im crazy when they see me ringing up 3 bags of pickle balls.
They are hard to find, which means everyone seems to love them.
Thank you for bringing this super yummy product that brings a lot of good wholesome nostalgia for us. Thank you for reading this,

I took the lid off and put my whole hand in the jar all it did was spill vinegar everywhere there was enough room in the jar for my entire hand on top of the few pickles that were in the jar.

I went to Walmart and bought y'all a big jar of pickles, and when I got home and opened it, it was like 4 pickles were missing. You could stick your whole hand in the jar.
What the heck?
You normally have to fight to get a pickle out, but the pickles were so loose in all the jars. So now y'all are ripping people off in your jars.

I received a $2 rebate but they will still sell jars of pickles with less pickles than before. Shrinkflation.We are done buy Conagra products.The young man who took our complaint was very nice and professional. It's not his fault the company is doing this.
Listen to their customers. I'm not the only one who has experience this after reading web reviews. I won't buy anymore until things change.

- - Bought at Meijer; a dill spears jar was inedible and leathery.
- - Wrote Vlasic; Conagra sent two $2 coupons; no refund; I won't shop Vlasic again.
Over 50 years only buying Vlasic pickles, I got a jar of V.asic dill spears. Could not eat them.
One bite, horrible taste and real leathery tough to chew. Bought at a Meijer store. Made a written complaint to Vlasic, received answer from Conagra, saying they'd send me free coupons. I did receive 2 - $2 coupons.
I don't know which was worse, horrible tasting pickles, or insulting attitude of mega corporate Conagra to not even refund the amount I paid for nasty pickles.
I earlier had thought, no one is perfect, a bad jar of pickles, it happens. I just wanted my cost compensated, but after the refusal to understand my complaint and the indifference, that's it for me to ever be a customer again.

Dill chips taste like cleaner freshly opened!

I was so disappointed to open a new jar for burgers after CRAVING pickles and lo and behold it taste like the way Lysol smells! Its so soapy and disgusting and nothing like they should be. Bought in Georgia!

New jar of Sweet Relish not being ground up enough. Too many hard slivers to make it edible,

This is the second jar of sweet relish that I have found way to chunky/tough to eat (not ground right) and way too watery. I can't afford to keep throwing out jars of food.

I got a jar of pickles and most of the pickle slices were from the outside of the pickle. I didn't even think I had to look that closely. I bought them recently and they were normal.
